100mm (2") Test Sticks are manufactured using a Red-colored low-density plastic with a certified 52100 Ferrous Chrome grade 200 miniature ball visibly enclosed.
We manufacture all of our test sticks with high visibility colored low-density plastics. Standard test stick size is 100mm x 10mm x 10mm. The largest precision miniature ball that can fit into our standard test stick is 15.00 mm
Our test sticks are used primarily with conveyor metal detection and x-ray inspection systems when larger sizes are required.
